Temperature monitoring

Temperature monitoring

For fermentation, the wort has to have a temperature of between 4 and 10 °C so that the yeast can work optimally. As heat is created through the fermentation process, the fermenting tanks have to be sufficiently cooled to keep the temperature in the optimum range for the yeast cells.

The perfect fermentation temperature

Our solution for the temperature measurement

The cooling in the fermenting and storage tank requires precise temperature measurement and control to equalize the heat generated during fermentation and maintain the optimum temperature for the yeast. Here we recommend hygienic RTD temperature probes and the JUMO diraTRON controller.
